It was a dark and stormy day. The last of the high schoolers were packing up and ready to head home. No one was prepared for what happened next. Phoebe* hopped into her car. Suddenly she had a thoughtful thought: she could back out to the shop and pick up Kendra, so she wouldnt have to walk through the rain! She jammed the spotless late-model Fusion into reverse. “Ha, I am so powerful!” she thought smugly to herself as she floored the gas. Smash! Clankpowyeeeech! Two mailboxes, a large metal shelf, and a water hydrant fell victim to her attack. In fact, the rear end of the car was on top of the metal table. The girl did not yet know any of this. It seemed like the car was going uphill! “But wait, I dont remember a hill here,” thought the bewildered girl. The bystanders were horrified. Phoebe quickly shoved the Fusion into Drive, and spun around for awhile. Finally, the car lurched forward. The girl, who was looking quite pale by now, careened very dazedly in circles, until she finally calmed down and screeched to a halt. She flung open the door and rushed over to the scene of the accident. Desperately, she attempted to set the large metal table on its legs. She stared in dismay at her mess…. There were, of course, several eyewitnesses. “I was terrified,” gasped one. “Mailboxes were flying through the air! My first thought was, ‘Am I going to be next?’” Luckily he escaped without sustaining any injuries.

I assume those people knew we were sleeping there. lol… anyways, on monday forenoon, we drove the last four hours north to camp, which was about 40 minutes away from the nearest highway or town 
Of course, we stopped at Tim Hortons on the way. we always stopped at Tim hortons. anyways, we camped for a few days, then headed home. We stopped at Niagara Falls, sort of a last minute thing… That was awesome! so that’s about enough writing for now, so here’s some pics of cousins: 
On the 4th, i got up at 8, and justin, mike, nathan, and I went golfing at some place close to Nickerson. Lester and David were there too, but lester left after 9 holes and David and we played for a while longer. After that, we went to Spangles to eat, then to watch a softball game where Plainview and the Plainview Rejects and some other teams were playing. Then at about 6:00 or so, we started for Sterling to watch the fireworks. Lesters went too, and we ate at the park and.. had fun (-: After dark we watched fireworks for about half an hour or so, then we all went to Lesters’s house for cake and ice cream. Nathan’s birthday was on July 4, and David’s is on the 6th or something… so we stayed at lesters and talked and stuff till 12:30, then we headed home. So I was actually at home only about 10 minutes (awake) on the 4th! Here’s tons and tons of pics of the fireworks… Enjoy!
